Lateral masses that present to an ENT practitioner may not only include a wide variety differentials, but as emergencies case compromise. In such situations, decision making arriving at diagnosis becomes important from curative perspective also lifesaving one. Here we discuss few cases lateral had presented us with unusual presentation or rare diagnosis, along line management was followed.
 Cases: We giant pleomorphic adenoma presenting stridor, adult onset cystic hygroma, schwannoma dyspnea, isolated infiltrating lipoma 2 other schwannoma.
 Conclusion: Tumours region have this contains almost every kind tissue. Diagnosis any lesion should be done caution, using appropriate history, examination investigative tools available. Not common presentation, outliers uncommon presentations tumours kept mind.
